I recently had the pleasure of staying at Enorme Teatro Beach in Heraklion, and I must say, this boutique hotel surpassed all my expectations. The exceptional service provided by Marinos and his attentive staff made me feel truly welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. Not only did they go above and beyond in ensuring my comfort, but they even returned a forgotten sim card left in the room, showcasing their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction. The room's facilities were impeccable, with hidden A/C modules, spotless linens changed regularly, and a comfortable terrace offering stunning views and privacy. The in-room amenities like the electric kettle for my morning tea and coffee, along with the complimentary toiletries, added a thoughtful touch to my experience. The air conditioning was top-notch, providing a welcome escape from the warm Greek sun, and the flat-screen TV was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's proximity to charming local restaurants like Uncle George's Taverna and Petousis, as well as its easy access to the beach and pool, allowed me to truly immerse myself in the authentic Heraklion experience. I was thoroughly impressed by Enorme Teatro Beach and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious yet cozy stay in Heraklion.
